  • Season rates are daily rates plus tax.  Limit 4 people.  No Smoking and No Pets.
  • Amenities are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, living area, full kitchen, and bathroom.

  • All rates above are DAILY RATES based on 2 adults and does not include tax.
  • There is a $3.00 charge per extra adult (13 & up) per night. Children 12 & younger are Free.
  • Extra charges: extra parking - $5.00 per night.
  • All sites are limited to 6 adults and 1 extra car with RV. All sites have full hook-up, which include: electric, water, sewer, picnic table, fire ring, cable TV, and free wireless internet.
  • Pets are allowed on RV sites with size and breed restrictions.
  • There is a $3.00 Check-in Time: 2PM
    Check-out Time: 12 noonper extra adult (13 & up) per night. Children 12 & younger are Free.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservation booked 6 months to a year in advance - Non-Refundable Deposit if canceled/ Reservation booked 1 month to 6 months in advance - 14 Day Cancellation / Holidays & Special Events - Non-Refundable Deposit if canceled.

We at Pine Mountain RV Park want you to enjoy your stay with us. Therefore, we have created a list of park policies to ensure your stay is the safest and most enjoyable it can be. We have worked hard to bring you one of Pigeon Forge's finest RV parks and ask that the following be adhered to at all times while on park property.

Management reserves the right to evict without prior notices to anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the park's policies. Eviction will be immediate & without reimbursement of any camping fees.
